The 'Fix Me' Trap: Why I Won't Try to Change Who You Are

I'm not here to fix you.

You're not broken. You're successful, driven, and getting results. But you're also leaving performance on the table, and you know it.

I don't care about your childhood, your relationship with your father, or whether you're "emotionally available enough." That's therapy, not coaching. My job is simple: take what's already working and make it work better. Take what's not working and either fix it or eliminate it.

You didn't get where you are by being fundamentally flawed. You got there by being effective. My job is to make you more effective.

The difference is this: therapy asks "Why do you do that?" Coaching asks "What do you want to do instead, and what's stopping you?"

I'm here to identify the patterns that are costing you the most, show you how to leverage your existing strengths more effectively, and cut through the mental noise so you can execute faster. That's it.
